Planning Begins for Biking Connection between Imperial Beach and San Ysidro
The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is pleased to announce that initial planning for the Border to Bayshore Bikeway project is now underway. The approximately 8.5-mile route will establish a key biking connection between the communities of Imperial Beach and San Ysidro.
SANDAG invites you to a community meeting to talk with project team members and learn about the Border to Bayshore Bikeway.
Date and Time:
Thursday, May 25, 2017, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Southwest High School
1685 Hollister Street, San Diego, CA 92154
Community members are invited to stop by the open house-style meeting any time between 6 and 8 p.m. Refreshments will be served and Spanish translation will be available.
The project team is looking forward to hearing from community members about the destinations to which they would like the bikeway to connect. Let us know if you plan to attend the community meeting by visiting our Facebook event page.
